The primary bear maker is Maria, a Hungarian ex-pat with a chequered past that includes a degree in computer programming, two children, pottery, primary school teacher, and porcelain doll making, before finding her spiritual home making unique artist teddy bears.

Patchings Art Centre
Patchings opened it doors, and studios, in August 1988 and has since become one of the most respected art centres in Nottinghamshire. The farm buildings proudly host galleries, an art and pottery studio, a restaurant, a framing and art materials shop. The annual Art & Crafts Festival, has been a major part of the growth at Patchings. The Festival runs for 4 days during June and nearly 200 exhibitors. Tas has a gallery and work space at Patchings.

Website Design
WOW Design Solutions
Glynn, who is essentially WOW Design Solutions, has been Tas’ web designer since 2004. He specialises in all forms of design, not just web. He worked for 4 years as in a silk screen printers, before studying for 5 years in graphic communication. He succesfully graduated with a National Diploma, Higher National Diploma and a B.A. Hons. He worked for nearly 4 years in one of Cardiff’s respectable design agencies, specialsing in Print/Graphic Design. After re-locating to Nottingham in 2003, he set up WOW Design Solutions in January 2004. He now offers: web design (including hosting and domain name purchasing), logo and branding design, literature and mail shot design, exhibition graphics and vehicle livery.
